By using Loop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

Loop is a live shopping platform that enables sellers to broadcast live and buyers to discover and purchase products during live sessions.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Transactions and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Loop acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers via Stripe Connect. Applicable fees will be clearly indicated before each transaction.

5. User Content

Sellers are responsible for the content they broadcast. Loop reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content or content that violates our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Loop and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Loop and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the application.
