Community Guidelines

Last updated: December 30, 2025

Loop's mission is to make live shopping accessible to everyone. Our community is built on trust and respect, and we've established these Community Guidelines to ensure Loop remains a safe and trustworthy place to watch, shop, and sell.

Whether you come to Loop to browse, buy, or sell, our Community Guidelines apply to all Loop users and all interactions, including listings, comments, messages, images, videos, and live streams.

1. Be Respectful

To maintain a safe and welcoming community, we expect all Loop users to be respectful in their interactions. Be kind, assume best intentions, and consider how your content or behavior may be received by others. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or hate speech. Inclusivity is central to our community, so we do not allow sexually explicit, hateful, or excessively violent content.

2. Be Safe

Do not post private communications, contact information, or personal details for yourself or others in public spaces. Do not make threats or attempt to share or request personal information of others. Do not engage in or glorify unsafe activities that may endanger yourself or others.

3. Be Authentic

It takes real people to build a thriving community. Do not impersonate others or imply false affiliations with individuals, groups, or brands. Do not collect personal data or content that doesn't belong to you. We do not allow the use of unauthorized programs or bots to participate on Loop.

4. No Spam or Solicitation

Spam includes posting unsolicited or unwanted promotional content repeatedly. Do not ask for or solicit donations of money, goods, or services through our platform. However, sellers are welcome to sell products for any lawful cause and donate proceeds on their own.

5. Keep Transactions on Loop

You may not use Loop to conduct transactions off the platform. Sales that originate on Loop must be completed through Loop, including all discussion about item details and price negotiation. In the event of a dispute, Loop cannot provide support if any part of the transaction occurred off-platform.

6. Anti-Bullying Policy

Bullying is not allowed on Loop. We define bullying as repeated or severe socially aggressive behavior targeted towards an individual or group. This includes:

  • Harassment: Sending cruel messages, using derogatory language, or making violent threats
  • Doxing: Sharing someone's non-public personally identifiable information
  • Denigration: Making personal attacks or publicly shaming others
  • Brigading: Organizing coordinated unwelcome actions against a target

If you experience bullying on Loop, do not engage with the aggressor. Contact us at support@loop.app with details. We take bullying reports very seriously. If you are concerned about your safety, consult your local law enforcement.

7. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed on Loop:

  • Illegal items or services
  • Weapons, drugs, or regulated substances
  • Counterfeit or replica items
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Violent or graphic content
  • Misinformation that could cause harm

8. Enforcement

Violations of these Guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, listing removal, or account restrictions. We may also report harmful content or conduct to law enforcement authorities when appropriate. If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at support@loop.app.
